I am still trying to get my head around this one. Are these people getting off the drugs or are they coming back everyday to keep their high? When does it end?

we need to learn more about methadone clinic and the services they provide. i know a lot of people are upset that they are coming to a neighborhood near you. why not have a travelling clinic? it would be cheaper, not permanent in any area and be more accesable to those who need it.
