bannining balls from the playground

just wondering who else finds this to be a crock. Maybe everything should be bubble wrapped and we should live in isolation .you never know somebody could sneeze or a snowflake could land on you. Kids don't exercise enough as it is now some pencil pusher wants to ban kids from playing wit a football or anything harder than a nerf ball. Let kids be kids I am sure a lot of people remember a bloody nose or fat lip at recess it was part of growing up.
