869 Adelaide street Crisis

I am absolutely disgusted by the way the Adelaide Gardens fire crisis is being handled. 24 units, destroyed in some way or another. 110 residents displaced. at least 2 confirmed cats found deceased by Humane Society investigator as a direct result of the fire. help from the city?

absolutely no help from the city.

110 people have til tomorrow at noon to find a place to lay their head, or they will be on the street

the property owner has openly stated he "wants the building leveled by the weekend"

you get public outcry when a person is killed in a car accident, or when a homes destroyed by a tornadoe. but does anyone care when 110 people lose their home due to a fire, that was 100% preventable, and the landlord is in one form of another responsible for (investigators wont say it so i will. the landlord paid the $40 for the extention cord used by the tenant where the fire started, because the tenants hydro was cut through no fault of their own, which is the direct cause of the fire)

NO ONE GIVES A DAMN ABOUT THESE PEOPLE AND FAMILYS THAT AS OF NOON TOMORROW ARE HOMELESS
