Dumping trash

Driving down Kilally rd between Highbury and Clarke Side rd. was a real site. People with no respect for others property .I saw a bathroom sink .lazy boy chair all kinds of construction waste and garbage. What the heck is wrong with some people . Perhaps if these idiots are caught dumping a minimum fine of $5000 would work with money used to provide enforcement officers and a fund to dispose of the waste.

Or 500 hours community service picking up the trash that is all over so we don't have to pay city work to do it.
