I read the by-law. why is it not being enforced. Especially where it is heavily populated, which takes in most of the city. if there has to be a permit, are these people checked on to make sure the law for having fireworks being abided by appropriately ? when people are being woke up in their neighbourhood at 2-3 am , I don't feel that is right . the law should be fireworks can only be set off in parks and supervised by fireman ONLY!
