How do you do this?

I'm baffled as to how you are doing this with the Ems, fire & OPP feeding the audio online?

I get that you have those 3 channels on your scanner that constantly scans bewixt them but as far as inputting the audio online... I fired up my realistic pro & had it running the same time as your online feed & the realistic's feed was around 5 seconds delayed from your online feed. How is that happening?
