well, it's been about 12 days since Ive been able to get the scanner (3 different browsers, and yes all settings checked- anyone else still having issues? I'm out of ideas, anyone figured out what the cause or repair is?

Bright flash was seen near highland country club around 8:45 pm. This would be the center of the current outage area.

Hydro outage from Beachwood to Pond mills, north side of commish to almost the river. I think street lights will be out, probably traffic lights too. hydro out along wharncliffe south of commish, about a block on either side from commish to southdale.

Several areas along Commish from wharncliffe to wellington have no power. Fire responding to reports of a pole on fire on baseline?

For those of you saying the scanner isn't working, have you tried using the Firefox browser? That's the only one I can get it to work on.

The scanner has not worked for me for a while now. I have all the setting correct for chrome. I also tried in microsoft edge with no luck.

commish rd west at rosecliffe terr. complete shutdown, car went into ditch and landed on natural gas above-ground loop. Happened about 1.5 hours ago. this is a couple blocks west of wonderland.

been having trouble since about the 8th with the timeout/start issue... and it's not my settings or antivirus nor firewall(they've been checked, reset and reinstalled?) or browser (chrome, edge and firefox), tried EVERYTHING.. but "sort of" happy to know it's not "just" me??

Can't get thescanner to work tonight. Pressed PLAY button -seems to want to start but then the PLAY button goes back to where it was before (ready to be pushed again)Tried going to Site Permissions as well. Anyone else?

@ JHeal, at the top of the page below the "refresh" bar - have you followed the instructions that are in RED? (I have to redo this process everytime Chrome does an update
 but it seems to always work for me after I do it.
